Valerian Krawczak, Former Saginaw, Michigan Resident

Passed away Tuesday, August 11, 2009. Age 66 years. The son of the late Stanley and Adelphine (Mrozinski) Krawczak, Val was born June 13, 1943 in Saginaw, Michigan. He was of the Catholic faith and lived a courageous and spiritual life. Surviving are three brothers, two sisters and their spouses, Francis and Mary Ellen Krawczak, Three Rivers; Gale and Carmen Krawczak, Waynesboro, Pennsylvania; Daniel and Connie Krawczak, Sanford; Jeannine and Robert Rankin, Saginaw; Barbara and Michael Gutowski, Montrose; many nieces, nephews and cousins. Val was preceded in death by a sister, Margaret Mary. Val’s family extends their gratitude to the many people who enriched his life, especially the parish family of St. Casimir Catholic Church. His family also acknowledges the sincerity and support of his many caregivers. Funeral Liturgy will take place 10:00 a.m. Saturday, August 15, 2009 at St. Josaphat Catholic Church. Rev. Fr. Richard E. Jozwiak will officiate with burial in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Friends may call at The Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Road, (between Shattuck and McCarty), where the family will be present on Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and at St. Josaphat Catholic Church on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until time of Mass.
