Our beloved daughter, sister, niece, granddaughter and friend, went to be with the Lord after many years of health challenges, on Sunday September 6, 2009. Age 28 years. Keri Beth King was born August 8, 1981 to Robert and Rose (Lukezic) King. She attended the Millett Center from 1984 to 2007. Leaving behind to cherish her memory are her parents Robert and Rose King of Saginaw, her brothers Jason King of Florida and Evan (Andrea) King of Saginaw, her sisters Tia (Wolf) Martin of Lansing and Sara King of Boston and Rebecca Jo King of Saginaw, her grandmother Claudia Lutz, and many aunts, uncles cousins and special people including Aunt Patty, and also her dog Zorro. The family extends a heartfelt thanks to the Millett teachers, staff and bus drivers, and a special thanks to Dr. Beasecker and staff, and Dr. DeBari and staff, as well as Covenant Hospital and employees for their many years of care. Keri was preceded in death by her grandparents George and Maxine Lukezic, her grandpa Calvin Lutz, and her Aunt Lynn Smith. Cremation has taken place with a memorial service planned for 2PM Sunday, Sept 13, 2009 at the Reitz Herzberg Funeral Home on S. Midland Rd (M47). Friends and family are welcome to gather at the funeral home on Sunday from 12 Noon until the time of service. Rev. Paulette Cummings will officiate. Memorial offerings are suggested to the Millett Center or St. John Lutheran Church.
