Passed away on December 24, 2009, George Daryl Cameron stepped into the warm embrace of eternity. There to greet him were his parents, George William and Edna (Laurean) Cameron, also on hand to welcome George to heaven was his grandson, Aaron Wallace, his brother, Dexter Dupree and his sister, Donna Kinnick.  George worked at Michigan Bell Telephone for 34 years and loved the telephone business. He leaves behind many professional friends who were devoted to their profession in telecommunications.  George leaves behind his devoted wife of 51 years, Patricia A. (Fanzini) Cameron. Daughters: Terri Cameron of Mesa, AZ, Audrey M. Kelley (Ben) of Boyne City, MI, and Dana (Mark) Westendorf of Saginaw; he also leaves his son, Keith Cameron of Saginaw.  George adored his grandchildren: Ryan, Alyson, Cameron, Emily, Chase, Timothy, Evan, Jacob, Zane, Rebekah, Samantha, Collin, Madison and Ethan.  A funeral service honoring George will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 28, 2009 at the Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter Road (off State). Chaplin Doug Bassett will officiate. Burial will be at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.  Friends may call at the Deisler Funeral Home on Sunday, December 27, 2009 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., also on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service.  Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to Juvenile Diabetes Research International or the Special Olympics.  Please share your thoughts and memories with the family at the funeral home or through www.DeislerFuneralHome.com.
