Stuhler, Jean C., Saginaw Township, Michigan

Loving wife, mother and grandmother passed away Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at her home. Age 88 years. Daughter of the late Roland and Catherine (Patterson) Crowley, Jean was born May 9, 1926 in Saginaw, Michigan and was a lifelong resident. She was a graduate of St. Mary’s High School. Jean was married to Bruce E. Stuhler, her loving husband of 64 years, on February 3, 1951. He survives her. Jean was a long time member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church and also a member of The Brown Bag Bunch. Surviving besides her husband Bruce are two daughters and two sons, Mary Ann and Michael Miles, Frankenmuth; James Stuhler and Maria Moreno, Orlando, Florida; Patrick Stuhler and Kim Schultz, Midland; Kate Stuhler, Bay Village, Ohio; Ann and Michael Hartman, Grayling; four grandchildren, Jenna Lee Miles, Atlanta, Georgia; Kevin Miles, Birch Run; Teague and Tierney Hartman, Grayling; many nieces and nephews with special thanks to Wayne and Kim Losee. Jean was preceded in death by her daughter, Jean Catherine Fultz, two sisters, Ann and Jack Fleminger and Mary and Frank Losee. Funeral Liturgy will take place on Friday, March 13, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 5376 State St., Saginaw. Rev. Fr. Richard Bokinskie will officiate. Honoring Mrs. Stuhler’s wishes cremation will follow with burial of cremains in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Friends may call at The Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Road, where the family will be present on Thursday from 2-8 p.m. and on Friday at the church from 9:30 a.m. until time of Mass.
