Shaw, Angeline C., Saginaw Township, Michigan

Loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother passed away Sunday, March 8, 2015 at her home. Age 93 years. Daughter of the late Albert and Josephine (Roggenbuck) Mausolf, Angeline was born December 14, 1921 in Harbor Beach, Michigan. She was married to Daniel Shaw on September 7, 1946. He predeceased her August 17, 2000. Angeline was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. She was an avid bowler, dancer, golfer and tennis player. Surviving are three daughters and seven sons, Laura and Chris Schultz, East Lansing; Daniel M. Shaw and his wife, Jackie Krammer, Minneapolis, Minnesota; Sharon and Mark Loichinger, Richland; Bruce and Barb Shaw, Howell; Carol and Bill Leix, Flint; Terry and Jeanne Shaw, Hemlock; Doug Shaw, Saginaw; Richard and Linda Shaw, Howell; Greg Shaw, Dearborn; Mark and Belinda Shaw, Clark Lake; 31 grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; five sisters-in-law; many nieces and nephews. Angeline was preceded in death by two sisters, Edna Mausolf and Stella Holdwick and seven brothers, Harry, Clarence, Lawrence, Edward, Jerome, Robert and Marcus Mausolf. Honoring Mrs. Shaw’s wishes cremation has taken place. A Funeral Liturgy will take place on Monday, March 16, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 5376 State St., Saginaw. Rev. Fr. Richard A. Bokinskie will officiate. Private burial of cremains will take place in Fort Custer National Cemetery. Friends may call at the church where the family will be present on Monday from 9:30 a.m. until time of Mass.
