Passed away Saturday, January 24, 2015 at Schnepps Senior Care Center in St. Louis surrounded by her loving family. Age 76 years. She was born in Isabella County to Ivan and Clara (Phelps) Peak on May 2, 1938. Donna graduated from Alma High School in l956. She met Gail Lewis Arts at a dance held at the Shepherd VFW Post in Shepherd. They were united in marriage Dec. 17, 1955 in Forest Hill, MI. Their children included: Connie (Kim) Good of St. Louis, Betty (Edward) Mullin of Mt. Pleasant and Keith Arts of Breckenridge. Their family was blessed with seven grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren: Kristina (Good), Sam, Jacob, Riley, Kennedy and Travis (Allen) Peacock; Bradley, Michelle Good-Allen (Trevor), Joseph and Olivia Good, Brienna, Michael, Corban and Peyton Allen of St. Louis; Paul Good of Wheeler and Katie (Good), Chuck, Mia and Lexxy Slates of Clinton Township: Misty (Mullin), Marc, Serena and Lucjan Pollack of Newman, Georgia; Eddie, Tonya and Addison of Killeen, Texas; Jennifer(Mullin), Keith, Brooke and Bailey Mills of Weidman. She is survived by a sister4 Ella (Duane) Kenney of Shepherd and a brother Jack (Carol) Peak of Severville, Tenn. And many nieces and nephews. Donna enjoyed cooking, baking, playing cards and board games, and shopping. Family time and gatherings were the top of her list of a fun time. Holidays, family reunions, bar-b-ques were treasured by her and she greatly looked forward to planning these events. She enjoyed traveling with her husband and they went on many trips to see sites such as the Grand Canyon, Mount Rushmore and Yosemite. They also took trips on their Harley Davidson motorcycle. Donna was preceded in death by her husband Gail, parents Ivan and Clara Peak, siblings; Robert, Florence, Jim, Ray, Ed, Virgil, Mary, Margaret; son-in-law Kim, grandchildren; Scott, Patricia and Bradley Good; great grandson Jacob Peacock. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 29, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the Coe Church of Christ with Lane Hasslock officiating . Visitation will be on Tuesday, January 27, 2015 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. and on Wednesday, January 28, 2015 from 2:00-8:00 p.m. at the Coe Church of Christ. Burial will be in Jasper Twp. Cemetery. The Berry Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
