Cline, Sharon, Hemlock, Michigan

Beloved wife, mother and grandmother passed away on Thursday, October 17, 2013 at University of Michigan Hospital in Ann Arbor. Age 60 years. The daughter of Martha (Phillips) Kube and the late Donald Hingston, Sharon was born on February 11, 1953 in Midland, Michigan. She married Jerry L. Cline on September 18, 1971. He survives her. She loved knitting, crocheting, reading, collecting antiques, but most of all she loved spending time with her family especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed camping and spending time in the Upper Peninsula. She was a “woman of many hats” and had extraordinary talent at many different things. Sharon was a member of Living Word Church in Midland. Surviving besides her husband Jerry are three sons, Christopher and Jodi Cline, Perrysburg, Ohio; Corey and Shelly Cline, Maple Valley, Washington; Shawn Cline and his wife GeriLynn Olson, Elkhart, Indiana; eight grandchildren, Brooke, Brody, Nik, Averi, Lauren, Kaitlyn, Alex, Carli; a great-granddaughter; JadaLynn; a nephew, Steven Hingston; one brother, Barney Hingston, Hemlock; three sisters, Donna Geddes, Byron Center, Michigan; Darlene and John Lauderbach, Boston, Massachusetts; Susan and Dennis Moore, Kalamazoo; several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. Funeral Service will take place on Monday, October 21, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Living Word Church, 2010 Stark Road, Midland. Pastor William Bailey will officiate. Interment will take place at 2:30 p.m. Monday in Laporte Cemetery in Ingersoll Twp. Friends may call at The Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Road (between Shattuck and McCarty), where the family will be present on Sunday from 12:00-5:00 p.m. and on Monday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Service. In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to Living Word Church or Laporte United Methodist Church.
