Berg, Suzanne “Sue” E., Saginaw, Michigan

Passed away suddenly on Monday, May 13, 2013. She was born on August 3, 1967 to Donald Richard Berg and Dolores Marie (Bauer) Berg and was the youngest of five children. She was a 1985 graduate of Arthur Hill High School and a 2003 graduate of Concordia University where she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. Sue was employed in various capacities with the State of Michigan where she served as a Probation/Parole Agent – a job she truly cherished, and most recently as an Unemployment Insurance Examiner. She loved being around people and had a very caring spirit that touched the lives of so many that came in contact with her. She is survived by her mother and best friend Dolores Berg, four siblings and their spouses; Mark (Vickie) Berg of Saginaw, Brian (Diane) Berg of Freeland, Kimberly Berg of Zilwaukee, Paul and (Cindy) Berg of Freeland, several nieces and nephews, including Ashley, Brittany, Aubree, Kendon, Nicholas, Adam, and Kenadee, her beloved dog Molly and her cat Dovey that she rescued, many aunts, uncles, cousins and many special and dear friends. Cremation has taken place. An informal memorial gathering to remember Sue will take place on Sunday, May 19, 2013 from 12:00-4:00 p.m. at the Reitz Herzberg Funeral Home, 1550 S. Midland Road (S. M-47). Memorial offerings may be made to the charity of your choice.
