Stoner, Hazel B., Saginaw, Michigan

Passed away Monday, January 30, 2012, at Hoyt Nursing Home. Age 101 years. The daughter of the Charles and Luella (Kennison) Allen was born November 21, 1910 in Akron, Iowa. She married William E. Stoner. He passed away in 1988. She retired from the Saginaw Board of Education, Payroll Department. She was a member of St. John Episcopal Church and had enjoyed traveling, reading and was an avid Bridge player. Surviving are three daughters and their husbands, Patricia and Robert Rohde, Sanibel Island, FL; Judy Kleiber; Susan and James Wilkinson, all of Saginaw; a son and his wife, William and Mary Stoner, Kanaohe, Hawaii; eleven grandchildren; many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a granddaughter, a great grandchild, a sister and a brother and a son-in-law, Russell Kleiber. The funeral service will take place on Thursday, February 2, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at the W. L. Case and Co. Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Road. Rev. Daniel Cannon will officiate with burial in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at the chapel from 10:00 a.m. Thursday until the time of the funeral service.
