Lindner, Harold R., Carrollton, Michigan

Beloved father passed away Monday, March 5, 2012 at the Aleda E. Lutz V.A. Medical Center. Age 88 years. Son of the late Herman and Lela (Ruppert) Lindner, Harold was born October 7, 1923 in Saginaw, Michigan. He served in the U.S. Army during WWII and was a member of V.F.W. Post # 1859, American Legion Post #439 and D.A.V. Surviving are one son, one daughter and their spouses, Rodger and Marlene Lindner, Saginaw; Kay and Philip Fetting Sr., Saginaw; three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; his sister, Betty Stanton, Saginaw; several nieces and nephews. Harold was preceded in death by his brother, Lawrence Lindner. A special thank you to the staff of Fresenius Dialysis Center and the Aleda E. Lutz V.A. Paliative Care Center for the love and care they had given. Funeral Service will take place on Friday, March 9, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at The Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Road (between Shattuck and McCarty). Rev. Douglas Kahl will officiate. Entombment will take place in Oakwood Mausoleum with Military Services conducted by American Legion Post #439.
