Leddy, Margaret Mary "Margo" (Kirby), Saginaw, Michigan

Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 10, 2012. Age 49 years. Margaret Mary Kirby was born December 29, 1962, in Saginaw, the daughter of the late Elmer and Mary (Weigl) Kirby. She graduated from Swan Valley High School with the Class of 1981. She attended Delta College where she studied cartooning and also received her certificate as clerk/typist. She was a life-long member of SS Peter and Paul Catholic Church and a member of the Legion of Mary. She served on the Parks Commission of James Township. She married Edward A. Leddy Jr. on February 27, 1988; he survives her, along with their four children, one son-in-law, and two grandchildren: Catherine Lee Leddy and her daughter, Caitlyn, Megan Mackenzie Utter and her husband Brian, Melissa Mary Leddy and her son, Joshua, and Daniel Joseph Leddy; her best friend and cousin, Mary Hart; four brothers, one sister and their spouses, Don and Barb Kirby, Mary Ann “Sis” Kirby, Ray Kirby, Bill and Theresa Kirby, and Max Kirby; another sister-in-law, Tanis Kirby; her parents-in-law, Ed and Alice Leddy; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Sue and Randy Rossow, Sylvia Hendricks, Richard and Tricia Leddy; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by a brother, Richard Kirby. Funeral Liturgy will take place on Wednesday, March 14, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at SS Peter and Paul Catholic Church, 4735 W. Michigan Ave. Rev. Fr. John Johnson will officiate with burial in St. Andrew Cemetery. Her family will receive friends at the W. L. Case & Company Funeral Chapel, 201 N. Miller Road, from 2:00-4:00 p.m. and 6:00-9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, where a Parish Vigil will be prayed at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday evening. Friends and family may then gather at the church on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Mass.
