Latham, Bonnie L., Saginaw, Michigan

Beloved mother, grandmother and sister passed away Wednesday, February 1, 2012 at Luther Manor. Age 82 years. The daughter of the late Herbert and Ann (Corbett) Hoffman, Bonnie was born January 13, 1930 in Saginaw, Michigan. Bonnie was a member of St. Stephen Catholic Church and a previous member of St. Andrew Catholic Church. She was employed at The Dime Store on Court & Michigan for many years until her retirement. Bonnie enjoyed shopping and watching her soap operas. Most of all, she loved being with her family. Surviving are two daughters, one son and their spouses, Connie Latham, Center Line; Mark and Vicky Latham, National City; Michele and Steven Dungey, Freeland; a grandson, Hunter Dungey; one sister, Carmen Pasternak, Saginaw; sisters-in-law, Kay Hoffman, Rosalie Hoffman and Carol Hoffman; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Bonnie was preceded in death by one sister and three brothers, Joan Seman, Richard, Dean and Gary Hoffman and by Carmen’s dear friend, Bernie Szynwelski. Funeral Liturgy will take place on Saturday, February 4, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Stephen Catholic Church. Rev. Fr. James G. Heller will officiate with entombment in Mt. Olivet Mausoleum. Friends may call at The Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Road, (between Shattuck and McCarty), where the family will be present on Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and at St. Stephen Catholic Church on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until time of Mass. There will be a Vigil Service at 7:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to St. Stephen Catholic Church.
