Kehoe, Earl, Hemlock, Michigan

Loving father and grandfather passed away on Saturday, May 19, 2012 at Masonic Pathways of Alma. Age 94 years. The son of the late Daniel and Vera (Garrett) Kehoe was born on March 30, 1918 in Freeland, MI. He married Alice Earle on April 25, 1937; she predeceased him on December 11, 1993. Earl enjoyed farming and working at Hemlock Public Schools and retired as a milk hauler for farms. He attended Merrill Wesleyan Church. Earl liked spending time on the farm and with his family. Surviving are his children and their spouses; Robert Kehoe, James (Margaret) Kehoe, Janet (Tom) Leddy, Gladys (Dale) Murphy, Mary (Ron) Bell, Karen (Larry) Recker, Danny (Alan) Braley, Barbara (Floyd) Wetherell, Earlene (Bob) Oomen, Colleen (Phil) Alvarez, a son-in-law Mike Lamont, 42 grandchildren; 58 great-grandchildren; 17 great-great grandchildren; and a brother Duane (Lucille) Kehoe. He was predeceased by a daughter Jody Lamont, daughter-in-law Alvera Kehoe, and a brother and sister-in-law Ray (Helen) Kehoe and 6 grandchildren. Funeral service will take place on Tuesday, May 22, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at the W. L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel in Merrill. Rev. Glen A. Pettigrove will officiate with burial at Richland Township Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family on Monday from 2:00-8:00 p.m. and on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
