Itoney, Nancy A., Saginaw, Michigan

Beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister passed away Saturday, September 1, 2012, at her home. Age 80 years. Nancy A. Klopf was born October 28, 1931, the daughter of the late Erwin and Margaret (Chartrand) Klopf. She married Charles A. Itoney on January 17, 1953; he predeceased her September 14, 2003. She was a member of St. George Catholic Church. She loved all children, and especially loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed bird watching and cooking. Surviving are three daughters, one son, and their spouses, Jacqueline and Gerald Williamson, Saginaw; Margaret and Frank Placher, St. Charles; Debra Gregg, Saginaw; James and Prakash Itoney, Sacramento, California; a daughter-in-law, Lori (Randy Boyd) Itoney; 15 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; one brother, Patrick and Aurora Klopf, Flint; several nieces, nephews and their families; a special caregiver, Jackie Jones; and her beloved dog, Kiki. Besides her husband and parents, she was predeceased by a son, Matthew Mark Itoney; three sisters and four brothers, Marjorie Sessler, Betty Cabala, Jack Klopf, Erwin Klopf, Jean Hickie, Richard Klopf and Robert Klopf. Funeral service will take place on Friday, September 7, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at the W. L. Case & Company Funeral Chapel, 409 Adams St., where her family will receive friends from 3:00-8:00 p.m. on Thursday, and then on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
