Hall, James, Saginaw, Michigan

Passed away peacefully Saturday, February 4, 2012 at his home, surrounded by his loving family and friends, age 60 years. James was born in Saginaw, Michigan February 3, 1952 the son of the late Lavern and Delores (Miller) Hall and Steven Napora, I. He married Patti Jane Hill July 1, 1972 and she survives him. James served in the United States Army during the Vietnam Era. He was a heavy equipment operator retiring after 42 years of service. James loved to go camping with his family and friends and enjoyed his time outdoors hunting and fishing. In addition to his wife, James is survived by seven children, Teresa (Hall) Mitchell and her fiancé, Art Podgurski, Tammie Hall and her fiancé J. R. Nelson, Alexis T.M. Hall, Alyssa A.J. Hall, Alayna K.L. Hall, Adriana M. L. Hall and Alexzander J.A. Hall; three brothers, Lavern “Butch” (Sarah) Hall, Robert (Shelia) Napora and Steven Napora, II ; three sisters, MaryAnn (Everette) Dumas, Marie Lyon and JeanAnn Coyer; his mother-in-law, Bessie “Pennie” Hill and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two sisters, JeanAnn Hall, Linda Duby and her daughter, Debra Bryce. The funeral service will take place on Thursday, February 9, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at W. L. Case & Company; 4480 Mackinaw Road, with military services under the auspices of VFW Post No. 1859. Friends may visit with the family at the chapel on Thursday from 11:00 a.m. until time of the service.
