Graham, LeRoy W., Freeland, Michigan

Passed away Wednesday evening December 5, 2012, at Covenant Health Care-Harrison in Saginaw after a brief illness at the age of 72 years. LeRoy was born September 26, 1940, in Freeland, MI to the late Wilbur and Dorothy (Turner) Graham and has resided in this area all of his life. LeRoy was a member of Ascension Lutheran Church in Saginaw. He loved spending time with family and friends and he was also an avid bowler, golfer, gardener and woodworker. LeRoy retired from the U.S. Postal Service as a rural carrier in Freeland in 2001 after 30 years of service. On October 6, 1962, LeRoy married Donelda A. King; she predeceased him on December 7, 1995. Then on April 10, 1999, LeRoy married Sandra L. (Kasper) Foulds; she survives him. Also surviving are two children Mark (Cheri) Graham of Bailey, CO, Leesha (David) Lee of Grand Ledge, MI. Grandchildren Katie, Callie, Delaney, Hannah. Step children Dr. Karen Foulds and her husband Dr. Mark Stid of Holland, MI, James (Janice) Foulds of Freeland, Brian Foulds and special friend Jennifer Paradise of Bay City. Step Grandchildren Brittney, Jacob, Beau, Zachary and Kaitlyn. A sister Mary Ellen (Clifford) Bartlett of Freeland and many other family and friends also survive. Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 10, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Ascension Lutheran Church, Saginaw. Paul T. Werner, Lay Minister, will officiate with burial to follow at Chapel Hill Cemetery in Freeland. Friends may call at the Cunningham/Taylor Funeral Home, 310 E. Washington St., Freeland, on Sunday from 2:00-4:00 p.m. and 6:00-8:00 p.m. and at the church on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until time of service.
