Foy, Eileen Viola, Saginaw, Michigan

Beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother passed away peacefully on Friday November 2, 2012. Age 88 years. The daughter of the late James Patrick and Olive Viola (Johnson) Ryan. Eileen was born January 25, 1924 in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. She married Robert C. Foy on August 4, 1945. He preceded her in death on April 4, 2006. She was a lifelong member of St. Helen Catholic Church. Eileen enjoyed raising her children and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by all those who knew her. Surviving are her four sons, three daughters and their spouses, Dan (Pat) Foy, Las Vegas, Nevada; Bob (Patty) Foy, Houston, Texas; Pam (Jack) Mosher, Merrill; Jim (Deb) Foy of Canton; Dave Foy, Saginaw; Colleen (Yamil) Rodriguez, Plymouth; Carol Roberts, Saginaw; 12 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren along with several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two infant sons, David Thomas Foy and Charles Patrick Foy along with her two sisters and one brother Rosiland Sanders, Jean Poff and James Ryan. Funeral Liturgy will take place on Tuesday, November 6, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Helen Catholic Church, 2445 N. Charles St., Saginaw. Rev. Fr. Ronald Wagner will officiate. Burial will be at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday at St. Mary Cemetery, Hemlock. Friends may call at the Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Road (between Shattuck and McCarty), where the family will be present on Monday from 4:00-8:00 p.m. and at St. Helen Catholic Church on Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
