Roller, Keith, Saginaw, Michigan

Beloved father, grandfather and companion passed away Saturday, January 29, 2011 on his 93rd birthday at the Cartwright Hospice Residence. The son of the late Theron and Blanche (LaForge) Roller, Keith was born January 29, 1918 in Detroit, Michigan. He married Gladys Bloomer on January 2, 1945. She predeceased him October 16, 2000. Keith retired from property management at Whispering Trees Apartments in San Diego, California in 1994. He enjoyed dancing and playing Bridge. Surviving are one son, one daughter and their spouses, Vaughn and Karen Roller, Manchester by the Sea, Massachusetts; Sue and Bruce Cameron, Saginaw; a daughter-in-law, Kay McEntee, Midland; four grandchildren, Robin, Craig, Derek and Lauren Roller; dear companion, Catherine Hoffman, Saginaw; two nieces, Trudy and Dr. Bernard Butler and Gail and Roger Meyer. Keith was preceded in death by one sister, Dorothy Provencher. Funeral service will take place at 12:00 noon Tuesday, February 1, 2011 at The Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Road (between Shattuck and McCarty). Sister Elaine Raymond, MSSp., will officiate. Friends may call at the funeral home where the family will be present on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until time of service.
