Rohn, Sharon Kay (Reed), Freeland, Michigan

Beloved wife, mother and grandmother passed away Saturday, May 14, 2011 at her home. Age 65 years. Daughter of the late Robert and Gladys (Barsczewski) Reed, Sharon was born June 11, 1945 in Saginaw, Michigan. She was married to Gerald R. Rohn on October 26, 1963. He survives her. Sharon was employed as a beautician and at several gift, craft and floral shops. She was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church. Sharon enjoyed working with stained glass, traveling, spending time at Bear Lake and especially spending time with her children and grandchildren. Surviving besides her husband Jerry are three daughters, Amy and Dale Bray, Cedar Springs, Michigan; Tricia and Perry Dare, Oxford, Michigan; Danielle and Adam Crist, Almont, Colorado; six grandchildren, Alex, Joshua and Spencer Bray, Genevieve and Olivia Dare and Mason Crist; her sister, Sandra and Charles Hoffman, McDonough, Georgia; her brother-in-law, Jim Rohn; her sister-in-law, Judy Ruppel and friend Rob; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday, May 18, 2011 at 4:00 p.m. at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 5335 Brockway, Saginaw, Michigan. Pastor Mark Buckert will officiate. Burial will take place at 1:00 p.m. Thursday in Pleasanton Township Cemetery, Bear Lake, Michigan. Friends may call at The Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Road, (between Shattuck and McCarty), where the family will be present on Tuesday from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church on Wednesday from 3:00 p.m. until time of service.
