Kochanowski, Casimir (Casey) A., Saginaw, Michigan

Beloved uncle passed away suddenly Saturday, December 17, 2011. Age 85 years. Son of the late Anthony and Wladslawa (Konopko) Kochanowski, Casimir was born May 2, 1926 in Saginaw, Michigan. He served in the U.S. Navy during WWII and was a member of American Legion Post #439. Casimir married Shirley Malone on October 2, 1948. She predeceased him August 19, 2002. Casimir was a tool and die maker by trade and retired from Masters Tool & Die. He was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church and Life Member of the Brothers of Kosciuszko Pulaski Club. Surviving are several nieces and nephews. Casimir was preceded in death by five sisters and one brother. Funeral Liturgy will take place on Thursday, December 22, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church. Rev. Fr. Daniel E. Roa-Fuentes and Deacon Roger Pasionek will officiate. Burial will take place in Roselawn Memorial Gardens with Military Services conducted by American Legion Post # 439. Friends may call at The Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Road, (between Shattuck and McCarty), where the family will be present on Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and on Thursday at Holy Family Catholic Church from 9:00 a. m. until time of Mass. A Vigil Service will take place at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
