Hamilton, Rose Marie, Saginaw, Michigan


Loving mother passed away Saturday, July 16, 2011 at the Cartwright Hospice Residence. Age 83 years. Rose Marie Hozeska was born September 12, 1927 in Saginaw, Michigan. She was married to Edward W. Hamilton. He predeceased her March 26, 1979. Rose was employed at The American Red Cross. She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church and volunteered for Michigan Community Blood. Surviving are one daughter, Anne M. Hamilton, Saginaw; her brother-in-law, Ken Wagner, Waterford; several nieces and nephews; and her dog, Wynthrope. Rose was preceded in death by her mother, Wanda Burwash ; her grandparents, Ignace and Katherine Kusemkowski; two sisters, Doris Wagner and Ardyce Austin. Funeral Liturgy will take place on Tuesday, July 19, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church. Rev. Fr. Daniel Roa will officiate with burial in St. Andrew Cemetery. Friends may call at The Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Road, (between Shattuck and McCarty), where the family will be present on Monday from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Tuesday at Holy Family Catholic Church from 9:00 a.m. until time of Mass. A Vigil Service, led by Barbara Malocha, will take place at 7:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
