Dingman, Ruth Emma, Saginaw, Michigan


Passed away Sunday, December 18, 2011. Age 103 years. Ruth Emma Heidler was born October 2, 1908 in Bay City, Michigan to the late John and Louise (Ehlert) Heidler. She married Wenzel Charles Dingman. He passed away in 1970. She was employed with her husband in their business, Dingman Plumbing and Heating. She was a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church, sang with the Saginaw Coral Society and for over 20 years, volunteered at Saginaw Community Hospital ( now HealthSource) She was very talented and artistic, enjoyed drawing and crocheting. She tried so hard to live for her children as they tried to help her. She was kind and thoughtful of all others. Surviving are three children. Ronald Charles Dingman and his wife, Jean, Beulah, MI; Judy Heidenreich and her husband, Dr. Robert Heidenreich DDS, Marshall, MI; Nancy Ruth Dingman, Saginaw, MI; eight grandchildren, David Heidenreich; Amy Green; Tammy Ryan; Kurt Dingman; Kipp Dingman; Shelley Muusse; Mark Dingman; Ronald Dingman; twelve great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. A daughter and son, Suzanne Grant, Robert Wenzel Dingman, and four sisters, Gertrude, Lillian, Evelyn and Louise, have predeceased her. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place on Friday, December 30, 2011 at noon at the W. L. Case and Co. Funeral Directors, 4480 Mackinaw Road. Rev. James F. Krueger will officiate.
