Wolfgram, Ernest A., Saginaw, Michigan

Passed away Saturday, June 26, 2010 at Saginaw Geriatrics at the age of 88 years. He was born February 26, 1922 in Freeland to the late John and Bertha (Neuenfeldt) Wolfgram. He served with the U. S. Army during WW II. He had been employed by Miller - Mold as a pattern maker retiring in 1992. Ernest was a member of the Lutheran faith. He was a member of the Bridgeport Gun Club and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He also enjoyed bowling, golfing and playing cards. Surviving are two daughters, Joyce Quackenbush, Saginaw; Shirley Leach and her husband, Ralph, Saginaw; four grandchildren, Ralph (Jennifer) Leach, John (Julie) Leach, Michael Leach and Thomas (Tanya) Quackenbush; nine great-grandchildren, Mitchell, Jack, Claire, Spencer, Elizabeth, Grant, Katherine, Emily and Taylor; his former wife, Marva Jean Gilson, Saginaw. The family would like to extend their gratitude to Saginaw Geriatrics for all their loving care. A memorial service will take place at 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 9, 2010 at the W. L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Road. Rev. Rob Richards will officiate. Friends may call at the Case Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Road, from 9:00 a.m. Friday until the time of service.
