Was welcomed by God January 22nd, 2010, due to complications from a stem cell transplant, after battling leukemia.  Age 47 years.  Terry was born in Pittsburgh, PA. She met her husband, Brad “Keever”, in Saginaw, Michigan, and they have spent the last 24 years in Jacksonville, Florida.  She was a nurse practitioner at Southside Family Medical Center.  She received her R.N. from F.C.C.J., her BS from Jacksonville University, her Masters from University of Phoenix, and her Practitioner’s license from University of Florida.  She is survived by her loving husband, Brad; her two devoted sons: Adam and Eric; her parents: Ray and Elaine Valdini; her sister, Lisa (Tod) Booth; and her father-in-law, James Sullivan.  Terry was preceded in death by her mother-in-law, Rita Sullivan.  A Mass will be celebrated at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, February 5, 2010 at The Chapel at Jacksonville, 1515 Prudential Dr. (next to the Chart House Restaurant). We will reassemble for a celebration of Terry’s life at 7:00 pm at Bolero’s, 10131 Atlantic Blvd., Jacksonville, FL.  In lieu of flowers the family is establishing an education fund for Adam and Eric at Florida Telco, thus helping to ensure Terry’s fondest wish; the boys continued education.  Anyone wishing to participate may do so by sending a check c/o Adam and Eric Sullivan / College fund, 2109 Tymber Hammock Drive, Jacksonville FL 32223.
