Spyker, Sally Jean, Midland, Michigan

Wife of Ken Spyker passed away Sunday, October 10, 2010 at the age of 84 years. Sally Jean Graebner was born December 2, 1925 in Saginaw to the late Clarence and Marguerite Graebner. She graduated from Albion College and was a life member of Alpha Chi Sorority. She taught school for several years. Sally was a member of First United Methodist Church, Midland. Surviving besides her husband are one daughter and one son and their spouses, Sue and Phil Konkle and Steve and Donna Sue Spyker; four grandchildren, Kasi, Sophia, Dallan, and Courtney; two great-granddaughters, McKenna and Danica; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother, “Bud” Clarence Graebner Jr. Funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, October 14, 2010 at First United Methodist Church, 315 W. Larkin St., Midland. Dr. Charles Keyworth will officiate with entombment to follow in Oakwood Mausoleum, Saginaw. Friends may call at the First United Methodist Church, Midland, from 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. They may then call at the church on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
