Passed away Monday, December 13, 2010, at Brian’s House, Bay City, Michigan. Age 84 years. The daughter of the late Roy and Mary (Schneider) Bowlsby was born September 8, 1926 in Port Huron, Michigan. She graduated from Whittemore High School as Valedictorian and attended the Saginaw Business College. She married William J. Patterson Jr. He passed away in 1993. In 1996, she married Phil Tepatti. He survives her. She was employed by All State Insurance and by Sears in Jackson and Saginaw, Michigan. She was a member of First United Methodist Church where she sang in the choir. She was a life member of the Bethlehem Chapter # 105 O.E.S, an active member of the Ladies of the Moose, a Cub Scout, Brownie and Girl Scout Leader. She loved roses, enjoyed crocheting and writing Christmas Cards, but most of all, loved her family especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Surviving besides her husband, Phil, are a son and daughter, Dr. William J. Patterson III. and his wife, Catherine, Saginaw, MI; Sandra DuRussel and her husband, Matthew, Bay City, MI; a grandson and his wife, Nicholas and Becky DuRussel, Saginaw, MI; two great grandson, Tyler and Kyle DuRussel; a sister, Eileen Kemp, Burton, MI; a step-son and his wife, Mark and Diane Tepatti, Secord Lake, MI; three step grandchildren and their spouses, Tammy and Nick Swinciciki, Shepherd, MI; Shannon and Steve Sieffert, Goodrich, MI; David Tepatti, Secord Lake, MI. A brother, Karl Bowlsby, has predeceased her. The funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, December 16, 2010, at First United Methodist Church, 4790 Gratiot Ave. Rev. Kathryn S. Snedeker will officiate with burial in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at the W.L. Case and Co. Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Road, from 3:00-9:00 p.m. Wednesday and then at the church from 10:00 a.m. Thursday until the time of the funeral service.
