Loving wife, mother and grandmother passed away Sunday, December 12, 2010. Age 80 years. Daughter of the late Casimir and Alexandra (Sienko) Sliwinski, Delphine was born December 31, 1929 in Saginaw, Michigan. She was married to Frank J. Morlick on September 16, 1950. He survives her. She was a member of Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Church and volunteer for funeral luncheons at the church. She enjoyed playing cards, going to the casino’s and especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Surviving besides her husband Frank are two daughters and two sons, Jim Morlick, Elkridge, Maryland; Mary Licavoli and her special friend Jim Graham, Saginaw; Pat Stack and her special friend, Norma Bodine, Bay City; Dave and Chris Morlick, Saginaw; four grandchildren, Wesley and Kori Stack, Scott and Meghan Wozniak, Aaron and Brenda Stack all of Bay City; Tessa Morlick and her fiancé Brad Kula, Traverse City; two great-grandchildren, Gwen and Mallory Stack; one brother, Gerald and Emily Slivinski, Saginaw; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Regina and Ted Humpert, Jack and Lorraine Murlick, Dale Murlick, Joanne and Bo Boettcher, Bill and Sharon Murlick, Shirley Roof, Sharon and Gary Scharich, Burt and Fay Murlick, Bev and Chuck Nichols, Joyce and Ken Laatsch, Gen and Buzz Bremer, Donna Murlick, Terry and Donna Murlick; special cousins, Jean Pietrzak and Dorthy Kita; several nieces and nephews. Delphine was preceded in death by her brothers-in-law and sisters- in-law, Betty and Bill Conway, Ray Roof, Sue Murlick and Jerry Murlick. Funeral Liturgy will take place at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 15, 2010 at Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, 4735 W. Michigan Ave., Saginaw. Rev. Fr. John R. Johnson will officiate with entombment in Oakwood Mausoleum. Friends may call at The Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Road, (between Shattuck and McCarty),where the family will be present on Tuesday from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Wednesday at Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Church from 9:00 a.m. until time of Mass. A Vigil Service will take place at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
