Beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather passed away Thursday, September 23, 2010 at his home. Age 74 years. The son of the late Ralph and Pauline (Kessler) Klepinger, Ralph was born January 21, 1936 in Brookville, Ohio. He married Kathleen Hoppe, his loving wife of 53 years, on January 26, 1957. She survives him. He was employed at Flint Sash & Door until his disability wouldn’t allow him to work anymore. Ralph was a member of Ss. Simon & Jude Catholic Church. He enjoyed woodworking, hunting and fishing. Surviving besides his wife Kathleen are three daughters, two sons, Veronica and Anthony Cech, Saginaw; Ralph and Brenda Klepinger, Saginaw; Rebecca Lynch, Morristown, Tennessee; David and Michelle Klepinger, Saginaw; Monica and Gregory Randle, St. Charles; a foster-son, Todd and Paula Mayer, St. Ignace; 10 grandchildren, Anthony, Renee, Amanda, Matthew, Stefanie, Abigail, Brian, JR., Hayley and Chelsey; three great-grandchildren, Madison, Brian and Noah; several nieces and nephews. Ralph was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister, Donald and James Klepinger and Wanda Gothe. Funeral Liturgy will take place at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, September 25, 2010 at Ss. Simon & Jude Catholic Church. Rev. Fr. John Mancini, O.S.F.S., will officiate with burial in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Friends may call at The Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Road, (between Shattuck and McCarty), where the family will be present on Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and at Ss. Simon & Jude Catholic Church on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until time of Mass. There will be a Vigil Service at 5:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
