Our beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great-great grandmother went home to be with the Lord on Friday, May 21, 2010, after a short illness at Covenant Healthcare at the age of 93 years. Beulah was the daughter of the late Orville and Grace (Schmidt) Wyman. Beulah was born on November 17, 1916 in Freeland, Ml. She married Charles R. Kelsey on January 5, 1935. They celebrated 59 years of marriage until he predeceased her on May 12, 1994. Beulah was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her family. Christmas day was always a special time when the entire family gathered together in her home. She enjoyed gardening and playing card games, her favorite was Skip-bo. She will be greatly missed and her memory will be cherished by her family. Beulah is survived by her five children and their spouses: Barbara and Tom Graham of Bridgeport, Micheal and Pat Kelsey of Bridgeport, Reginald and Patricia Kelsey of Birch Run, Marlene and George Greene of Higgins Lake and Doug and Sharon Kelsey of Saginaw; Sixteen grandchildren: Rhonda (Mark) Ferrell, Tom (Cathy) Graham, Charles Graham, Ed (Penny) Graham, Jeff Graham, Phillip Graham, Micheal (Stephanie) Kelsey, Sheri (J.D.) Kaufmann, Karla (Paul) LaBrenz, Kendall (Shelly) Kelsey, Michelle McCarthy, Karen Sampson, Kathy (David) Weigel, David (Trisha) Kelsey, Jonathan (Kim) Kelsey and Sara (Josh) Golden; Thirty-seven great grandchildren: Melissa (Matt) Sawicki, Rochelle (Adam) Bourassa, Kristen & Andrew Graham, Jennie White, Brandon, Justin, Travis, Kaitlin, Kelli, Andrea, Kyle, Kelsey, Phillip and MacKenzie Graham, Kayla & Dane Kelsey, Brittany & Alyssa Ashworth, Danielle & Austin Kaufmann, Paige, Ashlyn & Trace LaBrenz, Danielle Merrow, Kyle & Courtney Kelsey, Tera & Haley McCarthy, Logan & Tyler Sampson, Megan Weigel, Chae, Stephen, Preston & Ava Kelsey and Gage Golden; Six great- great-grandchildren: Austin Bourassa, Kaila Gamble, Forrest, Thomas and Ethan White and Alayna Graham; a cousin, June Wontorcik, who was raised as her sister; and a sister-in-law, Alice Wyman. Beulah was preceded in death by two brothers John and Fred (Floretta) Wyman; one sister, Leona Lincoln; and several half brothers and sisters. Funeral service will take place at 12:00 noon Monday, May 24, 2010 at Bridgeport Community Church, 3821 State St., Bridgeport. Pastor Ronald L. Sinclair will officiate with burial in Pinegrove Cemetery, Bridgeport. Her family will receive friends at the W. L. Case & Company, 5700 Dixie Highway, on Sunday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and then at the church on Monday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.
