Foutch, Mildred L. (Millie), Bridgeport, Michigan

Passed away Saturday, July 17, 2010. Age 87 years. The daughter of the late Vera (Brown) and Freddie Rauschenberger was born May 30, 1923 in Shepherd, Michigan. She married Grant W. Foutch, December 20, 1941. He passed away in 1980. She was employed by Bridgeport-Spaulding School District retiring in 1988. She was a life-member and 50 year member of the Martha Washington Chapter 3113 O.E.S. and served as a Past Matron. She was a Past Grand Representative of Grand chapter; a member of the Saginaw White Shrine #34; the Daughters of the Nile, Makere Temple #99; Job’s Daughters Bethels #80 and #13. She was a Girl Scout Leader for twenty-five years and was a very active member of Bridgeport Community Church, serving on various committees and was named Valiant Woman for the United Church Women. Surviving are two daughters, one son and their spouses, Carol Fischer, Birch Run, MI; Elaine and Bob Meyer, Bridgeport, MI; Casey and Sue Foutch, Freeland, MI; eight grandchildren; six great grandchildren; a sister and brother and their spouses, Mary and Phil Morton, St. Louis, MI; Don and Marge Rauschenberger, Harrison, MI; several nieces and nephews. A sister, Jean Kornexl, has predeceased her. The funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 21, 2010, at Bridgeport Community Church. Rev. Ronald L. Sinclair will officiate with burial in Pinegrove Cemetery, Bridgeport. Friends may call at the W. L. Case and Co. Funeral Chapel, 5700 Dixie Hwy. from 5:00-9:00 p.m. Monday and from 2:00-5:00 and 7:00-9:00 p.m. Tuesday where the Martha Washington Chapter #113 O.E.S. will conduct a memorial service at 7:00 p.m. Friends may also call at the church from 10:00 a.m. Wednesday until the time of the funeral service.
