Beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle passed away suddenly at his home on Saturday, November 06, 2010, at the age of 79 years. He was born November 8, 1930, the son of the late Kate (Tomaszewsky) and Frank Dobrowolsky, Sr. He served with the US Air Force. He had been employed at Auto Haus and later retired from General Motors. After retirement, he also worked at McDonald Pontiac - Cadillac. He was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church. He enjoyed hunting, camping and traveling. He married Sandra Jean Greve on August 22, 1964; she survives him. He also leaves one daughter, Jenifer Dobrowolsky Kerouac, and one son, Jon (Terri) Dobrowolsky; four grandsons, Clayton, Cody and Cory Dobrowolsky and Jordan Stidham; two sisters, Mary Benda and Margaret Peruski; sister-in-law, Eileen Dobrowolski; brother-in-law, James (Barbara) Greve; several nieces, nephews and their families. He was predeceased by one brother, Frank Dobrowolski, one sister and her husband, Anne (Art) Wachner, two brothers-in-law, Steve Peruski and Charles Benda, and by his parents-in-law, Robert and Louise Greve. Funeral Liturgy will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 9, 2010, at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 1035 N. River Road. Rev. Fr. David Parsch will officiate. Burial will take place Tuesday afternoon at the Evergreen Cemetery in Hale. His family will receive friends at the W. L. Case & Company Funeral Chapel, 201 N. Miller Road, from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Monday, and then at the church on Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of funeral service.
