Brink, Marie L., Saginaw Township, Michigan, Formerly of Hillsdale, MI

Loving sister and aunt passed away Thursday, March 4, 2010 at Edgewood Assisted Living. Age 83 years. Daughter of the late Edward and Dorothy (Schimmer) Bomboske, Marie was born January 6, 1927 in Saginaw, Michigan. She was married to Frank W. Brink Jr. on September 8, 1951. He predeceased her October 10, 2005. Marie was employed by Michigan Bell Telephone as a teller and at Penny’s as a sales clerk. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church and past president of the Women’s Auxiliary at Hillsdale Hospital. Marie enjoyed sewing and her pets.  Surviving are her sister, Dorothy Morlik, Saginaw; two nieces, Susan and Ron Kern, Janet and Michael Phelps; two nephews, E. Richard and Cindy Bomboske and Robert A. Bomboske. Marie was preceded in death by her brother, Edward R. Bomboske Jr.  Funeral Service will take place 12:30 p.m. Monday, March 8, 2010 at First Presbyterian Church, 121 S. Harrison, Saginaw. Dr. Robert Emrich will officiate with burial in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Friends may call at The Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Road (between Shattuck and McCarty), where the family will be present on Sunday from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and on Monday at First Presbyterian Church from 11:30 a.m. until time of service.
