Bordeaux, Judith (Judi) K., Saginaw, Michigan

Beloved wife, mother and grandmother passed away Saturday, January 16, 2010 at her home following a lengthy illness. Age 65 years. The daughter of the late Earl and Isabell (Tate) Mills, Judi was born on August 6, 1944 in Alma, Michigan. She married Robert J. Bordeaux, her loving husband of 42 years, who survives her. An avid gardener, she also enjoyed boating, fishing and reading, especially to her grandchildren. More than anything, Judi loved watching her children and grandchildren participating in all their special events. From soccer and hockey games to vocal performances and dance recitals, she always wanted a front row seat. Family was always her first priority. Not only was she mother to her children but also their best friend. In addition, Judi was the owner-operator of Bordeaux Travel.  Surviving besides her husband Bob are two sons and one daughter, Rob Bordeaux, Saginaw; Kollette Bordeaux, East Lansing; Brandon Bordeaux, also of Saginaw, along with his wife Melissa; she was blessed with three grandchildren, Ashlyne, Isabella and Cooper; her extended family includes a sister, Jackie Boody along with her husband Melvin; a brother, Jim Mills, as well as brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Jackie and Tim Schaefer, James and Rhoda Bordeaux and Renee Klenow. An infant sister, Sharon Lee, preceded Judi in death.  Funeral Liturgy will take place 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, January 19, 2010 at St. John Vianney Catholic Church. Rev. Fr. James Carlson will officiate with private interment in St. Andrew Cemetery. There will be no visiting hours at the funeral home. Friends may call at St. John Vianney Catholic Church where the family will be present on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until time of Mass.
