Beloved husband, father and grandfather passed away Wednesday, August 4, 2010 at Covenant Healthcare Cooper. Age 75 years. The son of the late Daniel and Lucille (Jaremba) Bader, Daniel was born September 3, 1934 in Carrollton, Michigan. He married Myrna Grams, his loving wife of 55 years, on October 2, 1954. She survives him. Daniel was employed at Saginaw Steering Gear for over 32 years until his retirement in 1984 and was a member of U.A.W. Local #699. He was a past member of St. Josaphat Catholic Church, a lifetime member of the Pulaski Club and a social member of V.F.W. Post #1859. Daniel coached basketball at St. Josaphat and played on numerous sporting teams. He also enjoyed the casinos, hunting and fishing. Surviving besides his wife Myrna are two daughters and one son, Dani-Gene and Brian Brandimore; Carrollton; Stacey Bader, Saginaw; Peter Bader, Plymouth; three grandchildren, Justin, Marissa and Alaina Bader. Funeral Liturgy will take place at 10:00 a.m. Monday, August 9, 2010 at St. Josaphat Catholic Church. Rev. Richard E. Jozwiak will officiate with burial in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Friends may call at The Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Road, (between Shattuck and McCarty), where the family will be present on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. There will be a Prayer Service at 6:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
